An external service has blocked fund transfers using Paykassa, subsequently returning the funds to Paykassa’s address, but the funds have not been credited back to my account. What should I do?

Please contact our support service and provide information about your account, the transfer that was made using our service, and information about the transaction made by the external service as a refund.
